Sephora Collection Jumbo Liner 12HR Waterproof Swatches!

Quite the cumbersome name, isn't it?

I was reading reviews on MakeupAlley and came across reviews of this pencil.  I was intrigued, so when I found myself in Sephora this afternoon, I decided to swatch a few of them.

By few I meant eleven.

The camera didn't pick up the glitter in Purple Glitter, but it's silver.

These swatches have held up for a while on my hand and have not smudged with light finger rubbing.  I like pencil makeup ANYTHING, so I see Marine and Dark Taupe Shimmer being mine someday. (Acquired responsibly, of course.)

This is why hoarding beauty products is NOT GOOD!

I had bought several Nivea balms on sale a few months back, and I was going to open the Nivea Kiss of Berry Swirl with SPF 10 today to use.  Unfortunately, since I had been working on a backlog of lip balms, I didn't get to this one before it expired.  Last month.  (sigh)

Purpose

I've come to the realization that I have too many beauty products.  Too much makeup, skin care, body care, nail polish, all of it!  This blog is a public record of the actions I take to achieve the following:

1.  A well-loved, varied beauty stash that serves my purposes and is not overwhelming.
2.  Healthy beauty spending habits.

I'm on a journey to a simpler beauty lifestyle, and I hope to meet and be accountable to others walking this road with me.
